General Conditions

Welcome to Antares Desert Camp. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience for all guests.

Rates and Inclusions

Our rates are listed in US Dollars ($) per night. They include:

• Daily breakfast
• Access to all camp facilities
• High-speed Wi-Fi in public areas
• 24/7 assistance from our camp staff

Local city tax of €3.60 per person per night is not included and must be paid on-site. Children under 2 years stay free of charge. A minimum stay of two nights is required.

 Booking & Payment

• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required.
• The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
• We accept payments via secure credit card link or bank transfer.
• Credit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee.
• Charges are processed in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) as per local banking regulations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to antaresdesertcamp@gmail.com.
• We do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of reason.
• You may transfer your booking to another guest upon prior notice.
• Refunds are not provided for unused nights or services.

Full Camp Reservation (Private Events & Groups)

• Minimum 2-night stay applies to all full camp bookings.
• Full prepayment is required within 8 days to secure the reservation.
• Late payments may result in automatic cancellation.
• Guest number changes are non-refundable unless agreed upon beforehand.
• Additional agreements may apply for weddings, private events, or corporate retreats.

Children & Extra Beds

• Children under 2: Free of charge (crib available upon request).
• Children 2–9 years: $30 per child per night when sharing with adults.
• Extra bed (10+ years): $60 per night.
• Maximum 1 extra bed per room (subject to availability).

 Dining Options

Our half-board supplement includes a delicious 3-course meal and is available at:

• €28 per person per meal
• Includes starter, main course, and dessert from our à la carte menu
• Available for either lunch or dinner
• Must be booked for the entire stay; non-consumed meals are non-refundable

 Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 11:30 AM
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. By staying at our camp, guests agree to:

• Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests
• Refrain from playing loud music after 10 PM
• Not bring outside food or beverages into the camp
• Follow instructions from staff in case of emergencies
• Refrain from smoking in tents (designated smoking areas are available)

 Travel Documents & Legal Requirements

• All guests must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
• Visa requirements vary; please check with your local consulate.
• Unmarried Moroccan couples are not permitted to share a room in accordance with Moroccan law.
• Pets are not allowed at the camp.

Force Majeure

Antares Desert Camp is not liable for cancellations or modifications caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, government regulations, or health emergencies.

Gift Vouchers

• Valid for 12 months from the issue date.
• Must be paid in full at time of issuance.
• Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Can only be used with prior reservation and confirmation.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Liability Disclaimer

Antares Desert Camp is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless proven to be a result of gross negligence. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
