Cancellation Policy

At Antares Desert Camp, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while helping us maintain the high quality of service our guests expect. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee to cover transaction costs.
  • Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund will be issued, and the total amount will be charged.

2. Modifications

We allow one free date change (subject to availability) if requested at least 7 days before the original arrival date. Additional changes may incur a small administrative fee.

3. Early Departure

If you choose to leave earlier than your reserved dates after check-in, no refund will be given for the unused nights.

4. Group Bookings

Different cancellation terms may apply for group bookings of 4 tents or more. Please contact us directly for specific terms.

5. Special Offers and Non-Refundable Rates

Promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Please review the specific terms listed at the time of booking.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, or global health emergencies, we will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer credit for a future stay instead of a refund.

7. How to Cancel

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Email: antaresdesertcamp@gmail.com
Phone: +212 610-479008

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to be valid.

8. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellations or travel interruptions.
