Getting Here
You can reach Merzouga via:
- By Car: From Marrakech (8 hrs), Fes (7 hrs), or Ouarzazate (6 hrs)
- By Bus: Direct Supratours buses from Marrakech or Fes to Merzouga
- By Plane: Nearest airport: Errachidia (2 hrs by transfer)
Once in Merzouga, we’ll meet you with a 4×4 to transfer you into the dunes.
Best Time to Visit
The desert is a year-round destination. However:
- Spring (March–May): Ideal temperatures and blooming desert flora
- Autumn (September–November): Warm days, cool nights, fewer crowds
- Winter (December–February): Cool evenings; bring warm layers
- Summer (June–August): Hot days, ideal for stargazing and early morning activities
